My hope for this blog will be a place of inspiration, design, and all things in between. Design for me was not by accident but rather divine intervention. A way to feel in a space and how it should feel. Being inspired by what brings joy. I believe inspiration can come from the beauty that surrounds us. A home should tell a story and be a place of peace. I started Anchored Bleu Interiors to bring clients their story of home.

Anchored Bleu is much more! Just like a home should tell a story. Anchored Bleu tells a story of me. Let me explain! Anchored is for what anchors my life which is my faith and family. Growing up on the water helped drive the main focus. Anchor also symbolizes safety! Bleu…no typo here but rather spelled in french for my heritage. The color blue meaning of the sky and sea. Loving all shades blue helped! The color blue also symbolizes trust, loyalty, and wisdom to name a few. I believe designing a space should not just be about pretty fabric, furniture, or accessories. A house is just a house until the story makes it a home. A sanctuary for the soul. Having all these components play an all-encompassing role to create a beautifully designed home.
